Frequently Asked Questions

  • How will I know you are the right therapist for me?
    You can schedule a free consultation call to discuss your needs for therapy. Feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding the process of therapy, services fees, and more. This consultation call will also help determine if we are a great fit for you. You can schedule your FREE 15-minute consultation call by clicking here.
  • What if I want to meet face-to-face?
    All sessions are currently being held via a HIPAA-compliant video platform (telehealth).
  • Which state(s) are you able to see clients in?
    We are able to see clients virtually from the following states: Arkansas, Texas, and Tennessee. If you are a resident of either of these states, you must be physically present in that state at the time of your appointment.
  • How much do you charge and how do I pay for it?

  • Do you accept insurance?
    We currently accept the following insurances: Ambetter, QualChoice, and Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept employer-sponsored plans (also known as EAPs) under Lyra, Modern Health, and Spring Health.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the full session fee.
  • What should I do if I have a crisis?
    If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 988, 911, or contact your local police department. You may also contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline , the National Sexual Assault Hotline, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, or chat with someone from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
  • What else should I know about therapy?
    1. Therapy is an investment in yourself. You put in the time and effort to improve as you collaborate with a therapist who provides you the necessary tools and support to achieve your goals. 2. There are plenty of ways to provide therapy and plenty of therapists to choose from. Find a therapist that works for you. ​ 3. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it will be rewarding.
