How will I know you are the right therapist for me?You can schedule a free consultation call to discuss your needs for therapy. This is also a good way to determine if I may be a good fit for you.

What if I want to meet face-to-face?All sessions are being conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform (telehealth).

How much do you charge and how do I pay for it?Please visit our 'Rates' page for more information.

Do you accept insurance?Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time. We do, however, accept several EAPs. Please check with us to see if you are able to use your EAP benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the full session fee.

What should I do if I have a crisis?If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 988, 911, or contact your local police department. You may also contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline , the National Sexual Assault Hotline, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, or chat with someone from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

What else should I know about therapy?1. Therapy is an investment in yourself. You put in the time and effort to improve as you collaborate with a therapist who provides you the necessary tools and support to achieve your goals. 2. There are plenty of ways to provide therapy and plenty of therapists to choose from. Find a therapist that works for you. ​ 3. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it will be rewarding.
