  • How will I know you are the right therapist for me?
    You can schedule a free consultation call to discuss your needs for therapy. This consultation call can help determine if we are a great fit for you. Feel free to ask questions.
  • What if I want to meet face-to-face?
    All sessions are currently being held via a HIPAA-compliant video platform (telehealth).
  • How much do you charge and how do I pay for it?
    Please visit our 'Rates' page for more information.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We currently accept the following insurances: Ambetter and QualChoice. We also accept employer-sponsored plans (also known as EAPs) under Lyra and Modern Health.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the full session fee.
  • What should I do if I have a crisis?
    If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 988, 911, or contact your local police department. You may also contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline , the National Sexual Assault Hotline, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, or chat with someone from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
  • What else should I know about therapy?
    1. Therapy is an investment in yourself. You put in the time and effort to improve as you collaborate with a therapist who provides you the necessary tools and support to achieve your goals. 2. There are plenty of ways to provide therapy and plenty of therapists to choose from. Find a therapist that works for you. ​ 3. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it will be rewarding.
