We are able to see clients virtually from the following states: Arkansas, Texas, and Tennessee. If you are a resident of either of these states, you must be physically present in that state at the time of your appointment.
In-person sessions are available for Arkansas residents only at this time. Texas and Tennessee residents can access therapy exclusively through our HIPAA-compliant video platform for Telehealth sessions.

We currently accept the following insurances: Ambetter, QualChoice, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Optum (UHC/UMR). We also accept employer-sponsored plans (also known as EAPs) under Lyra Health, Modern Health, and Spring Health.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the full session fee.

1. Therapy is an investment in yourself. You put in the time and effort to improve as you collaborate with a therapist who provides you the necessary tools and support to achieve your goals.
2. There are plenty of ways to provide therapy and plenty of therapists to choose from. Find a therapist that works for you.
