Our goal is to destigmatize therapy while creating an environment clients can run to, not from.

 

The majority of our clients benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on challenging and changing negative cognitive distortions while improving emotional and behavioral regulation. It is considered to be talk therapy, and has been effective in treating common issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, marital or relationship issues, and more.

We also utilize other approaches (as needed) such as: Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, or Family Systems Therapy. This will vary based off of the individual client's need.
