Life can be hard, difficult, overwhelming, frustrating, and sometimes unbearable. You face so many challenges and disappointments – some which can't even be shared with close friends and family. You go on like nothing is wrong, but it doesn't stop the thoughts or emotions from hitting you at the most random times. Wishing and hoping it will go away hasn't really worked either.

Heart Matters Therapy provides mental health services to children, teens, and adults who are dealing with issues like anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients receive a safe environment where they are free to express whatever is on their mind or in their heart. Our clients learn different tools on how to deal with the challenges or difficulties they face, working together with their therapist to become mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally healthy.

For couples struggling to feel joy and satisfaction, wanting to better communicate with their partner, and reconnect intimately. Focus is placed on relationship dynamics, not individual issues.
